Drew and Val technically met in high school but neither remembers the initial encounter. Years later, they reconnected on a dating app. Val gave Drew her number but he surprisingly already had it! When the first began spending time together, they instantly felt a comfortable connection. Something felt so right together. And together they stayed and have been inseparable ever since.
It was a cold, rainy November day at the Celebration Farm in Iowa City. A day no bride would dream to have as a wedding day but yet, that’s the day God gave. Despite the drizzles and chill, Drew and Val’s day was perfect. Why you might ask? Because these two got MARRIED, surrounded by their closest friends and family. That’s what truly mattered. And for Drew and Val, if you’ve had the pleasure of meeting them you know all too well, they are two of the most kind-hearted, sweetest souls out there. They embraced every raindrop and wind gust like it was nothing and celebrated to the fullest.
My heart is full. It was so fun reminiscing on this day as I edited and now, I get to share it with all of you.
Drew + Val – Congratulations, newlyweds! Thank you for inviting me into your beautiful, sweet day. I’m incredibly honored to have captured it all and celebrated alongside you. I wish you nothing but the best as you begin this exciting new chapter as husband and wife! Xo. Sene
